Welcome to Pressito! By accessing or using our website https://www.pressito.in and our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the website/app, you confirm that you are eligible and legally capable of entering into a contract.
3. Services Offered
Pressito provides:
- Laundry and ironing
- Dry cleaning
- Wash & fold
- Pickup and drop from/to your doorstep
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add services without notice.
4. User Account & Information Collection
To schedule a pickup, users must provide:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Pickup & Delivery Address
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
5. Pickup and Delivery Policy
- Pickup and delivery will be scheduled as per availability.
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to hand over and receive the garments.
- We are not liable for any delay caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
6. Garment Handling
- We follow industry-standard processes for cleaning.
- Pressito is not liable for:
- Color fading or shrinkage due to manufacturer defect.
- Weak fabric or damages caused by normal washing processes.
- Please check all pockets before handing over clothes. We are not responsible for items left inside garments.
7. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed on the website and may vary based on item type.
- Payments can be made online or via COD (Cash on Delivery), if available.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders can be canceled before pickup. Once clothes are collected, cancellation is not allowed.
- If service is not provided as promised, contact us at support@pressito.in for resolution or refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
9. Loss or Damage Policy
Maximum liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to 5 times the service cost of that item, or ₹1000, whichever is lower.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and trademarks are owned by Pressito. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal activities
- Abusive or fraudulent behavior
- Disrupting the platform’s functionality
12. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. All personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app/website after changes means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the jurisdiction lies with courts in Rajasthan.
