1. Service Usage and Risk
- No Guarantee on Results: While we strive to provide the best care for your garments, Pressito does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, nor can we ensure that every garment will be returned in its original condition.
- Fabric Sensitivity: We are not liable for any damage due to pre-existing fabric weakness, manufacturer defects, color bleeding, shrinkage, or items without proper care labels.
- Matching and Pairing: We do not take responsibility for missing buttons, beads, or ornamental accessories attached to the garments unless specified and agreed upon before pickup.
2. Loss or Damage Policy
- Lost or Misplaced Items: We take every precaution, but in rare cases of loss or misplacement, compensation (if any) will be at the sole discretion of Pressito and limited to a maximum of 5 times the service charge for that item.
- Unclaimed Orders: Orders not claimed or delivered within 30 days from pickup may be disposed of without further notice.
3. Pickup and Delivery
- Pickup and delivery are provided for convenience; however, Pressito is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensure someone is available at the pickup/delivery location. We are not responsible for items handed over to unauthorized persons.

We collect personal data like your name, contact number, email address, and delivery address solely for service execution and communication.
